Each person working for FairWind is guaranteed a regular assessment and evaluation solely based on his/her carried out work and on his/her direct and indirect contribution to the company.

Each employee is encouraged to report irregularities and wrongdoings of any kind – be it by co-workers, managers or external partners. The reporting can of course take place in full confidentiality.
