Fairness

As the name FairWind implies, one of our main values is to ensure fair wind for everyone.

As such, our core values are based on mutual respect and responsibility. It is important to us to come across as a company considering a deal to be a deal – not just as far as our clients are concerned, but also internally within the organisation.

We ask a lot of ourselves – and of our clients – to ensure that we can attain the most attractive solutions and the best possible end-results.

We expect each and every one of our clients to be a reliable partner – a partner prepared to enter into an ongoing, open, and honest dialogue regarding the installation process. From the very start of a project, we have a common, clearly defined goal, and we are convinced, that this is the way to achieve the best results possible - as long as we are prepared to ask questions of ourselves and of each other, and are prepared to enter into a dialogue on any challenges and problems that crop up along the way.

Furthermore, we place great importance on fair treatment internally within the organisation. This puts pressure on management to motivate the staff, and to demonstrate good leadership. But it also puts pressure on staff to understand the importance of our values, and to be willing to assume ownership of the projects in which they are involved. We aim for a flat organisational structure in which we acknowledge our interdependence and the importance of treating each other with respect – personally as well as professionally.

This is how we can guarantee a professional installation process. This is Fair.
