Project Log

Quality is also in focus when it comes to the project log – a quality assurance tool we use during every phase of the installation process. The log is regularly updated with documentation pertaining to the work that has been carried out. At the same time, the log acts as a repository for a variety of checklists, guidelines and much more, and thus serves to uphold the level of quality demanded by both our clients and ourselves.

The project log, in other words, is designed to ensure a smooth working process and to streamline the actual installation process. Combined with a knowledge centre – namely the fitters’ intranet – the log enables fitters to gain the necessary overview of the installation process and ensures they are equipped to deal with any challenges that may arise.

Over time, the documentation in the log is supported by images and drawings.

Throughout the installation process, the project log functions as an internal document for the foreman and the fitters. During the final phase, however, it also forms the basis for reporting to the client and the manufacturer.
